They are the current Research and Dissemination Liaison of the Sexual Behavior: Research and Practice SIG of ABAI, a leader of Sex Positive St. Louis, and a cofounder of the St. Louis Non-Monogamy Connection. Worner specializes in transgender health education, harm reduction based sex education for adults with and without disabilities, atypical sexual behaviors, kink behaviors, and atypical relationship styles.
